MEMBERSHIP MEETING AND ELECTION in 2009 The annual Membership Meeting of Unit 102 for general information and for the purposes of electing five members to the Unit's Board of Directors, will by be held Saturday, January 24, 2009, 9:00 AM., the third day of our January Sectional Tournament. Our election Committee will post a slate of candidates ... Anyone else wishing to "run" for a "position" on the Board would have to submit his/her candidacy in writing to the Committee Chair (to be announced) or at Election@Unit102.com. Official deadline for nominees is December 31,2008; those, however, who "throw their hat into the ring" by November 25 will have the advantage of being featured in the Sunshine Bridge News January 2009 issue, alongside the Election Committee's slate. MEMBERSHIP MEETING AND ELECTION in 2008 At the annual Membership Meeting of Unit 102, held at the Chelsea Center, on Saturday, January 19, 2008, Dean Cohler, Jack Hawes, Michael Bela Kassay and Sandra F. Lewis were elected to the Unit's Board of Directors, by voice vote, conducted by Carol Hamilton, as President of Unit 102.
