    ... partner follows with the 10. Continuing Clubs partner's Jack is ruffed. Declarer now cashes the A and K of -s, partner playing the 6 and the Jack. Now South leads the 7. Decide what you will play now,  given all the information from the bidding,  (I'll help you here)  such as the spade suit's most likely lay of 1-3-4-5 around the table etc.
